The volunteer group meets every Tuesday morning to mow (ride-on mowers, after Council induction), whipper snip, weed and generally maintain the foreshore reserve. Hats and gardening gloves provided. New volunteers are always welcome and will be inducted by Council.

The foreshore also includes a public BBQ and toilets, a small sandy beach, the fenced Tidal Pool (with shower and BBQ), and the children playground — all open to the public and used for Coomba Fest and the Easter Fair.
